1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use pak4de. This is an absolute requirement, non-negotiable under any circumstance. pak4de reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any point during the account lifecycle to confirm age compliance. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be suspended immediately, all associated wagers voided, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the original deposit method after deducting administrative costs associated with the investigation.

2.2 Jurisdiction

pak4de primarily serves players who access the Platform from Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation or automated system).
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing pak4de on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have independently assessed the legal status of accessing an offshore gambling platform in your jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.
• You are not resident in or accessing pak4de from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one pak4de account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pak4de will merge, close, or permanently ban duplicate accounts at its sole discretion. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts may be forfeited and associated funds withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

To create a pak4de account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including: full legal name, date of birth, a valid and personal email address, a current Indonesian mobile number, and a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet for withdrawal purposes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pak4de will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by pak4de.
• Notify pak4de support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted from your account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you notify pak4de of a security breach.

3.3 Account Currency

pak4de accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. pak4de does not currently support multi-currency accounts or real-time currency conversion within the Platform.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

4.1 Verification Requirements

pak4de reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, following significant account activity, or where fraud or regulatory compliance concerns arise. Required documents may include:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driving license) — government-issued, valid, clear photocopy or digital scan.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and current address, issued within the last 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph of the bank card, a screenshot of the e-wallet profile, or a bank statement confirming ownership of the account used to deposit.
• Source of Funds: In cases of high-value deposits or withdrawals, pak4de may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds (e.g., payslip, business income statement).

4.2 Consequences of Non-Compliance

If a Player fails to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of a request, or provides documents that cannot be verified as authentic, pak4de reserves the right to suspend the account, place a hold on pending withdrawals, and in cases of confirmed fraud, close the account and report the matter to relevant authorities. pak4de will return uncontested real-money balances (net of any fraudulently claimed bo nuses) to the verified deposit method where possible.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

pak4de supports the following Indonesian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

pak4de does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers at this time. The available payment methods are subject to change; the current list is maintained on the Platform's deposit page.

5.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets typically reflect in the Player's account balance within 30 to 90 seconds of confirmed payment. pak4de is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent qualifying deposit. pak4de does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before a withdrawal request can be processed:

• The Player's account must be in good standing with no active security flags.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses must be fully satisfied.
• KYC verification must be complete for the relevant account tier.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's verified available balance.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

pak4de targets a withdrawal processing time of 10 to 30 minutes for verified accounts under standard operating conditions. During periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional compliance checks are triggered, processing may take up to 24 hours. pak4de will notify the Player via email or live chat if a withdrawal is subject to a delay exceeding 60 minutes.

5.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

pak4de reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse. In such cases, the Player will be notified and the relevant account placed under review pending investigation. pak4de cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement authorities in relation to any confirmed financial crime.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on pak4de are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

pak4de's standard welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rp 1.000.000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of Rp 100.000. The welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement applied to the combined sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. For example, a Player depositing Rp 500.000 and receiving a Rp 500.000 bonus must wager Rp 30.000.000 in total before the bonus balance or bonus winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 Reload & Seasonal Bonuses

pak4de periodically offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Ramadhan. These promotions carry individual wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps that are specified at the time of issuance. Seasonal promotions are not combinable with the welcome bonus unless explicitly stated.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

pak4de actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing low-risk or zero-risk bets across multiple outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent; using automated software or bots to generate bonus-qualifying activity. If bonus abuse is detected, pak4de reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the Player from future promotions.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a validity period specified at the time of issuance, typically between 7 and 30 calendar days. Any unused bonus balance or unsatisfied wagering requirement that remains at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically. pak4de does not extend bonus validity periods under any circumstances.

7. Betting & Game Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

pak4de offers pre-match and live in-play betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers), badminton, volleyball, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Markets include Asian handicap (voor bola — a spread-based football betting format widely used in Indonesia), over/under, match result, correct score, first goalscorer, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections.

All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting body within 72 hours of the event conclusion. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, pak4de's event-specific rules (available on the Platform) govern settlement. As a general rule, bets on postponed fixtures are voided and stakes returned unless the fixture is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.

7.2 Live Casino

pak4de's live casino is operated using certified game content from Evolution Gaming. All live dealer games — including Live Blackjack, Live Roulette, Live Baccarat, and game-show formats — use independently audited random number generation and are subject to the game rules displayed within the live dealer interface. pak4de has no ability to influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the round outcome is determined by the dealer according to standard game rules; pak4de will apply the recorded outcome to the Player's account upon reconnection.

7.3 Togel & Numbers Games

pak4de offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery format), a popular category among Indonesian players. Togel draws are conducted by certified third-party operators. Results are published immediately after each draw on the Platform's results page. Stakes are non-refundable once a draw has commenced. pak4de does not operate as a bandar bola (ball dealer) in the unlicensed, informal sense — all markets are operated under the Platform's international gaming license framework.

7.4 Slot Games

pak4de's slot library includes titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. All games operate on certified RNG systems with return-to-player (RTP) percentages disclosed in each game's information panel. The term slot gacor (loosely, "hot slot" in Indonesian player slang) does not carry any technical meaning on the Platform — pak4de does not manipulate or cycle RTP patterns on individual games. 7.5 Error & Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrect odds display, game result, or settlement, pak4de reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. pak4de will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct errors promptly and will communicate with affected Players via email or account notifications. Winnings generated as a direct result of a manifest error are not payable.

8. Responsible Gaming

pak4de is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, reality-check notifications, and self-exclusion options, all accessible through the Player's account settings. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to utilize these tools and to consult our dedicated Responsible Gaming page. pak4de may at its discretion intervene in a Player's account activity where patterns consistent with problem gambling are detected, including applying mandatory cooling-off periods or contacting the Player directly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak4de Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, databases, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak4de or its licensed third-party content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or adapted without prior written permission from pak4de. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

10. Privacy

pak4de's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. In summary, pak4de collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify player identity, process payments, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and provide customer support. pak4de does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

pak4de does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak4de will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, or any other cause beyond pak4de's reasonable control.

11.2 Financial Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak4de's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to pak4de in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pak4de is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.3 Third-Party Services

pak4de integrates third-party services including game content providers, payment processors, and analytics platforms. pak4de accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, failures, or terms of these third-party providers. Players interacting with third-party game content or payment systems do so subject to those providers' own terms and conditions.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by pak4de

pak4de reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information.
• pak4de has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The Player's continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to pak4de.
• pak4de is required to do so by a court order or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, pak4de may withhold some or all of the Player's account balance pending investigation. Verified real-money balances not implicated in the breach or investigation will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 30 days of the conclusion of any investigation.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting pak4de support via live chat. Before processing a closure request, pak4de will confirm the Player's identity and ensure all pending bets, withdrawal requests, and bonus conditions have been resolved. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of submission.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak4de holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak4de's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral body in pak4de's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits pak4de's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pak4de reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pak4de will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

The date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms always supersedes all prior versions.
